Earth Day Re-Cap
Tuesday, April 27th, 2010Great job Xeko, you all worked very hard to keep the piles of trash off the Island. Everyone traded enough piles of trash with the host to add 22,350 virtual pounds to the GoodQuest Goal!!! Congrats Xeko. Remember to always reduce, reuse, and recycle!!!

Latest Features:
Snow Leopard – The Snow Leopard endangered animal is available for adoption in the animal sanctuary with Xeko Xen.
Xen Payment Plans – You can now pay for your membership with Xeko Xen.
Diggable Fossil Collection – Players with endangered animals will now be able to dig up pieces of a collection of fossils. In your My Stuff’s Kudos section, there is a diggables tab. Collect the fossils in the collection to become an archeologist.
Feature Improvements:
Decorating homes with animated items – Animated props now do not move while your are editing your home . They will animate after you have save the changes.

For Earth Day, my class is planting five fruit trees at our school! Everyone is pitching in and they’re not afraid to get their hands dirty! Last year, the trees they planted were either run over by lawn mowers or eaten by forest creatures. We’re also working on a school garden. We have two gardens, one is the Primes Garden, and one is the Junior Garden. The Junior Garden is a wreck so for community service, we are all planting flowers, trimming bushes, pulling weeds, and throwing out rocks! Go Earth Day!!!

Earth Day is the largest non-religious holiday celebrated on the planet
500,000,000 people celebrate Earth Day- but that’s still only 7% of the world
By the end of 2010’s Earth Day, 184 countries will have celebrated it all over the world!
Earth day has been celebrated for 40 years! W00t for the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day!

Clay-Mates Oceans Collectibles Series

Clay-Mates are miniature clay figurines. As the owner of a Clay-Mate, you have access to Xeko’s virtual world where you can bring your Clay-Mates to life. There are five collectibles for each series theme and three Clay-Mates in each pack. Collect them all!

Earth Day is a special day for our Earth!! Earth Day was born on April 22, 1970, in San Francisco, California. Earth Day is celebrated worldwide. On Earth Day, we remember to appreciate nature and learn ways to protect our environment.
Here are a few tips:
- Water- Do not allow the water to run while brushing your teeth
- Air- Ask your family to walk or ride bikes to get to local shops.
- Recycle- Every day, place your paper, plastics, and aluminum in recycling bins.
- Energy- Unplug electronics when you are not using and use energy efficient light bulbs.
- Reuse- Upcycle, take something that is disposable and transform it into something of greater use and value.

Spring Decorating Contest

Spring Fever has taken over the island of Xeko!!! We would like you to show off how the Spring Fever has taken over in home. Friday April 23-Sunday April 25, send a screen shot of your coolest spring room into the spring decorating contest, by emailing it to support@xeko.com.
Our judges will be looking for unique and creative rooms that make good use of our spring items. Ten winners will receive a prize and 1,000 coins each.
Decorate your home and, with help from your parents, submit a screenshot to support@xeko.com April 23-25. Please keep your decorations in place until April 26th so that our judges can get a closer look at all rooms. Only one submission per account. All submissions must be received by close of game on April 25th.
