Our very own Rob and Daundrakkus will be having a special chat on the island to provide information and answer your questions about “The Next Level of Good”, a new update coming to Xeko.
When: Thursday July 15, 2010
Time: 4:00pm – 5:00pm EST
Locations: The Rainforest and Savanna
Information about the “Next Level of Good”:
- Unlock clues and prizes at your own pace as you are recognized for ALL of the good you do in Xeko.
- There will be 2 new, extended and ongoing GoodQuests, with an unprecedented set of unlockable prizes.
- Players will be recognized for the good they are doing on the island by earning “Good Points”.
- As players advance, they will gain access to exclusive spots on the island where they can share their stories and and tips about doing good.
Players are encouraged to attend to ask any questions and give feedback about the enhancements coming to Xeko.
Sounds interesting! I like the idea of ongoing quests, and island “good points.” I hope a fair system of rewarding these will be in place.

I must say, this could be a good addition! Two ongoing GoodQuests is a good idea. I wonder if members and non-members will be able to play them? The exclusive spots and stuff.. would that be like earning Shipwreck and such? This is interesting! I can’t wait until the additions are added.

I’m very excited to hear of new levels to G4G and will definitely be there to ask lots of questions
I just hope that this doesn’t create a sense of “competition” between elves like we had with the Top 10 in earlier quests 
Suggestion: Have some elves that have been around since Day 1 be tester elves to see if “we” think its a good change. Sometimes the changes aren’t what most elves would like…. just a suggestion

Hi, Yes we will be posting the Q&A on the blog.
Looking forward to this chat, but I did want to clear some things up ahead of time.
There will be no additional cost for this expansion. Members will be able to unlock the new content, non-members will still be quite limited in what they can unlock. The non-member limits make a lot more sense under a level system.
As for the story of Xeko, rest assured that this and future expansions will extend the story of Xeko, not end it.
